ScanCare extends the standard limited warranty of 3 months on-site to a full year of on-site coverage. You choose next day or 4-hour response time options to suit the needs of your business.

• Scheduled preventive maintenance visits at your location by an authorized Fujitsu technician
• Timely delivery of scheduled consumable kit(s)
• On-site service including spare parts, labor and travel

ScanCare Plus

ScanCare Plus offers the same benefits and options as the ScanCare plan, however the Plus version is designed for on-site warranty coverage in the post-warranty period ensuring even longer lasting peak performance for as long as you choose. Advance Exchange

Advanced Exchange provides next business day advanced replacements on malfunctioning scanners. It’s an ideal choice for smaller scanners when other service plans are not available or cost effective. .

How it works
Once the Fujitsu technical assistance center determines that the hardware must be replaced, the order is secured with a credit card and a replacement unit is shipped directly to the customer’s location. Once the replacement unit arrives, the customer uses the packaging to ship the failed scanner back.
