Complete the attached Trade-In Request form and return to Kodak within 30 days of the purchase invoice date.

Kodak must receive Traded-In Products within 60 days of the purchase invoice date.

To receive your free scanner you must provide a photocopy of your invoices, including the date of purchase and purchase price

Must be purchased between January 1, 2012 – March 31, 2012

Trade-In Program Change Announcement

Effective Dates: 4/1/12

The i700 series scanners will no longer be eligible for purchase.

Full Trade-in credit will be available to End-Users who have a Kodak service contract in effect on the product being traded in OR who purchase a multi-year Kodak service contract when they purchase the new product.

All other purchases will be eligible to receive one-half of the full Trade-in credit.

All Trade-ins must be pre-approved through the Sales Opportunity Registration program.
